Yet again we are mid-channel in the Tzolkin!
- If you've wondered over the last 12 days or so why things feel intense.....
- If you've wondered why your neck or spine are bothering you..........
- If you've wondered why you're 'snappy'
Being in this particular cycle is intense!
What will help is to use the power of your mind to focus on what inspires you.
Take a little bit of time and go to a place where you won't be interupted. Sit down, comfortably, and focus for about 2 minutes just on your breathing. Breath in through your nose, all the way into your belly, and out through your mouth with puckered lips. Once your breathing is in a nice and comforable rhythm, let your mind focus on the inspiring things in your life. It doesn't matter what they are, people, nature, touch, art, music - anything. Allow the inspiration to fill you body. Focus on cooperating with yourself - creating what you want. The more we cooperate with ourselves, the more flexible our spine is.
