All of creation is composed of vibrational energies; frequencies ranging from lower and denser to higher and less dense.
Therefore, in our quest for health, wealth and well being, it is beneficial to focus on balancing our energy frequencies. For instance, in this pursuit, we can raise our vibration from a state of fear and control into one of bliss and contentment. |
To do this we must consistently clear away accumulated physical, mental, emotional and spiritual debris that dampens our vibrational energy. It is the accumulation of this energy debris that would keep us vibrating at lower frequency levels.
Since the clearing away of these dampening energies raises our vibrational frequencies, in doing so, we will continue to uncover the true person we are created to be.

There are multitudes of disciplines that will assist in accomplishing this goal. The following is a short description of some powerful techniques Lucia uses in her sessions. |
Aroma Therapy
Aroma Therapy is a friendly entry point into your session. A subtle stimulation of brain tissues creating endorphins which aid in the dissolving of emotional blockages. You will pick your own essential oils that assist you in shifting your energy.
Specialized Kinesiology
Lucia has been trained in the use and instruction of a variety of Kinesiology techniques; all of which are based on muscle testing. This is the art through which we can determine the best tool or technique to accomplish specific goals you have set for yourself in the session Your body knows better what it needs than anyone else!
Flower Essences
Made of carefully picked and treated flowers, flower essences address different states of vibrational imbalance in a very direct way. Each essence has it’s own story to share, giving insight into your process.
They are used internally, often times taken home in the form of a solution, to support your process for a period of time following the session.
Oracles
Many different parts of creation speak through the variety of card decks that Lucia uses. Ranging from Angel cards, Tarot cards, Crystal cards to Native American cards; they all have their personal message for you. Oracles give insight into where you are, what is blocked and the direction you want to go.
Lucia herself
As an energy intuitive, Lucia is very in tune with your energy and the imbalances within your energy bodies. You shift the frequency of your energy vibration, assisted by her sharing of what she experiences in her own energy being as a reflection of your imbalance.
